The Austrian Living Lab will focus on Agroforestry and Water & Erosion Management.
Participants will explore how trees and shrubs can be integrated into productive agricultural systems and how farms can improve water infiltration, retention and resilience to drought, erosion and heavy rainfall.
Through field-based activities, participants will examine site conditions, agroforestry design, water flows and practical measures for creating more resilient agricultural landscapes.
